Claire Tees, Executive Director
Hi there! My name is Cal (she/they) and I'm in my fourth year studying History with a minor in Cultural Studies. Since my breakout role as a Knife in Beauty and the Beast, the stage and I have been inseparable. I found a home away from home at Players’ Theatre in my second year (if you look closely, you can find me in the photo gallery!), and last year had a blast as the MDF Coordinator for the 2022/23 Festival. I am honoured to be serving as the Executive Director for the 2023-24 season, and want to give endless thanks to those who have guided me in my time at Players’ and all the amazing people I get to work with on a daily basis.

Hey, I'm Danica (she/her)! I'm in my second year of Honours Anthropology with a minor in English Drama and Theatre. I've done just about every job in a theatre there is and after my incredible experience as a writer and director last year, I'm so excited to be the McGill Drama Festival Coordinator!

Krystie Nguyen, Production Manager
Hi! My name is Krystie (she/her) and I am a U2 student majoring in Statistics and Art history. It's my third year with Players now, and I am super grateful to be part of this lovely lovey family. At Players, I've been involved as stage manager and director for Lazarus, What the Butler Saw, and From the End of the World. Beside shows, I was the event person last year and it was so much fun! This year, I am super excited to serve as the production manager and help bringing these wonderful plays into life. Stay tuned for a phenomenal year at Players!!!

Hi! I'm Siya (she/they) and I am in my second year at McGill studying Math. I am very excited to be the Players' publicity director for the 2023-2024 year! I've always enjoyed theatre (especially acting) and after acting in one of the MDF productions last Winter, I decided I wanted to get more involved with this lovely community. Hiya there! I am Marguerite and I will be part of the tech team :) I am going to be working on the sound (you can just call me sound girl). I am in my last year at McGill (U3 student) finishing my major in Cultural Studies! I started in the 2022-2023 year to get involved with Players as a member of the crew. Hey! My name is Polina (she/her) and I’m a fourth year double major in Anthropology and Russian Lit! The theatre has been a home to me since I was a kid, my titular role being the bookseller in Beauty and the Beast. My experiences have proved that there truly is a place for everyone in theatre! My name is Alexis and I am a U2 McGill student majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology and minoring in Cultural Studies (with a secret passion that burns for theatre).
